I've sort of been working on this idea for a hybrid electric Vanagon Syncro. I have some of my notes posted to a website at http://ebyte.com/ev

I thought some of you might get a kick out of it and it is van related. Talk about an off topic engine swap. Sorry for the bandwidth for those not interested.

The site is more geared to the electric vehicle discussion list than the vanagon list, but I'm sure you guys will catch on to what I'm doing quickly.
