My rear window sprayer has ceased functioning after a small ding near just next to the nozzle. The pump does not cycle, the front does, after depressing steering column wand. Is the pump located in the rear deck? Is there a special tool/substitute for special tool that would permit easy removal of the trim buttons or do they have to be broken and replaced?

As always your help is appreciated. This list is great even with the odd flame when someone feels his space infringed upon. Please add my voice to those supporting the "commercial" posters to the list; I am glad they are there. OE VW parts and shop rates in a small town on the shores of Georgian Bay Canada create a lump in one's throat that lasts for about a metric year.
