Mine took about one hour to remove. Getting the dash separated was the hardest part.

The KEP documentation is reasonable. It consists of 4 pages of written instructions, a few diagrams and schematics, and a 6-foot blueprint with notes.

This is clearly a big part of the installation tasks. But I did it in less than 25 hours in 4 to 6 hour stretches.
