Sunday morning reading the classifieds, this van sounded so interesting that I went over and had a test drive.

87 Syncro GL, 5 speed, lock-up rear differential (I tested it. It works.) Recently rebuilt engine and clutch, 2 new cv joints, light blue body in very good shape (a few minor dings and spots, but nothing of any consequence), 127,000 on odometer, runs smooth and strong. A/c couldn't be tested as it needs freon, very minor exhaust noise, slight driveline vibration (suspect a u-joint in the main driveshaft), but otherwise just fine. Tires are fine, rear seat/bed and center front facing double seat (removable), interior is clean.

I have no economic interest in this van, but thought it deserved to be placed on the List. You can call the owner, Paul, at (612) 331-2870, or e-mail me if you want further info. The van is in Minneapolis.
