I would disagree with that. 100 psi IS barely passable if all cylinders are in that range, however, this compression could be low enough to cause starting problems when the weather gets hot.

Having two cylinders producing much more power and demanding much more load causes expensive problems. In the short run, the motor vibration will be annoying. In the long run, the bent or cracked crankshaft will be infuriating.

With only 10k on this rebuild, these are symptoms of a serious problem, don't ignore them.
