We put an child car seat anchor in our Westy.  There is one approved spot
on the rear deck but it interferes with the mattress when using the lower
bed.  Our mechanic ended up finding a spot just behind and beneath the rear
bench.  Seems to work well although we haven't tested it (Thank goodness).
