There should be a little black box, maybe one inch by one inch behind the driver's seat and in front of the sink cabinet mounted on the side of the bus. That has the fuse or fuses for the camping stuff.

I'll pass on some advice, which is not electrical, but helped me when I got my first Westy about a year ago. The advice came from another list member. If it's something you already know from experience with RV fridges then please disregard.

That fridge takes a while to get cold. I plugged mine in and turned it on. Waited 15 minutes checked it. It wasn't cold. Did this every 15 minutes for an hour and decided the fridge didn't work. One more thing to fix. I was wrong. It works great. Just takes a while.

Anyway, the point is, it won't cool off as fast as the unit in your kitchen. and mine, given time to cool even makes ice. I should mention I almost always use it on the propane setting. The 12V or 110V (or whatever household current is now with inflation) are kind of, well, not so great. IMHO.

Now. Have fun tackling the fridge propane lighting ritual. Instructions are usually printed inside the fridge.

Good Luck Jeff 83.5 Westy
