Well, what you're describing sounds very similar to what i go from Ron around 10 mos ago, for i *think* about $68; so if the quality is anywhere as good as his, you should be fine. Shipping [w/other items] did add maybe $7.50, and took 3-4 days to CA. mine has been holding just fine thru the recent monsoons here, and i think the "bubble" makes an effective seal.
