There ARE other people than the Bus Depot to get your part needs taken care of.

We're a VW ONLY part store AND a repair shop. We've seen it or done it before so many of the questions people have about All Types of VW's are common ground for us.

In the future when trying to obtain parts, e-mail more than one source and see who responds to you promptly with a competitive price?

This way you know YOUR needs are being met.

The most important person in any transaction is the customer. We at VMS seem to bend over backwards to make sure that the customers need are being met.

As far as Bus Depot, YES he's on vacation, but if you tried 2 weeks ago that was PRIOR to him leaving and I'm not sure why you didn't hear from him?
