Nope, but then again I have never wanted to. I only use the bed when parked. When using the bed I want the seat out of the way anyway so I just slide it out.

The "weekender" fold down seat is probably better in all cases but the non folding regular middle seat is still very convenient, quite functional and a real asset to have. Most importantly it is much more affordable.
