I had the fan stop working (when I went to pick up my 87 syncro from the
PO). It turned out that the yellow wire coming off the fuse box had come
loose (don't ask my why, it had been on when I test drove the van and put
down a deposit). Anyway, if your not getting power to the switch (if I
remember correctly) you might check your fuse panel to make sure everything
is connected...
