a good synthetic in it, Mobil 1 (what I use) or some such, unless the
bottom end or pistons&cylinders were done on your rebuild, then just use
good old dinosaur juice till you are *sure* that everything is seated

     Just be sure to change it religiously, and the filter, at the normal
interval.

     Slick 50 isn't proven to do anything good to an engine.  It also
isn't proven to do anything bad, but for each claim that Slick 50 makes,
I have heard a few horror storries about clogged narrow oil passages and
such.  Additives that make snake-oil claims, are usually just that.

     There are good shops in Cincinnati, and plenty of listees to
recommend them.  There's also a good shop in Athens that I don't remember
the name of.  I'll look it up.
