WE purchased the Carefree of Colorado awning (then manual one) last Spring
and like it very much.  If you go to Kenyon Fairey's web site you can find
a picture of it.  It's also pictured in almost every RV catalog I have ever
seen.  You will have to order the special VW brackets, there are two
different ones depending on the year of your van.  The awning is a great
space extender when it's raining.  We love it.
