My 91 GL vibrates between 40 and 60 mph.  You can feel it through the
seat cushion and see it in the speedometer needle.  It does it in 3rd
gear and 4th, so I don't think it is related to engine speed.
Any clues as to why this is happening and how much it will cost to fix?
