I sell the 3-sided poptop seal for $49.95, and the luggage rack seal for $14.95. When I say "3-sided," I mean that it does not include the flat seal that goes across the top leading edge of the poptop (where it comes down and meets the luggage rack). I do sell this flat seal separately for $29.95 (although I'm temporarily out of stock on it), but usually you can re-use yours, since it typically does not wear out as quickly as the other part does. Regarding the seal that McMaster-Carr sells, it is indeed the same "off-the-shelf" seal that JC Whitney sells. But it is not the same as my seal, which is custom-made.
