As a Missouri boy, I seldom see any VW bus or Vanagon on the road. I've been here visiting in San Francisco the past week and constantly see Vanagons and buses. I have not spotted very many splitties, but saw a nice off white or gray double cab near fisherman's wharf. (it was dark at the time)

I am amazed at the number of Westyies that are out here. They make up the majority of the Vanagons I've seen, and the only loafs I've spotted have all been Westies.

I will be returning home tomorrow and will catch up on all e-mail this weekend. If you have sent me e-mail the past week or so, I will try to reply to you this weekend.
