This may sound crazy but, why not take the lead from Kramer on Seinfeld...one
litigious man was able to make a coffee company sit up and take notice. There
are hundreds of you complaining about VW and
their lack of accountability with this head gasket issue...Have
you considered banding together and launching a class action law
suit at Vw of America??
