---------------------- Hi again George, I have been checking a Tech America electronic parts book I had laying around. They have 3 different 10 volt regulator listed. from 30 to 75 cents in a small transistor looking sizes to-226 case to a to-220 larger like a driver transistor with a heat sink type case. cat#900-4498 or mfr.'s # 78L10clp is about 1/4 inch diameter roundish 3 legged case. cat# 900-4499 mfr.'s # 78m10ckc this is packed in a 3 legged driver transistor case ( flat and can be used with a heat sink in high current applications). The latter one is listed in the ecg and nte master replacement guides for semiconductors so it would be available at any fleps. ( friendly local electronic parts store). I don't have any experience with these 10 volt semiconductors regulators however they both say they require no external components, I assume you put an unregulated + voltage and you will get your desire 10v out. You will need to make sure and make the correct wiring of the regulator pins to the ones on your circuit board. Tech America phone is 800-813- 0087

Ps. This seems like a better solution than the variable LM317 I mentioned in the previous post.
