Steve, While adding more grounds won't hurt the situation, If you are going to spend time on it ,checking the integrety of the existing ground straps and the contact points would help more. Be sure that the strap coming off the left side head is not scuzzy with corrosion and that the point of contact is clean. Check the strap at the front trans mount end as well.
