[snip] I don't think it is possible, and I think that's fortunate. My late and not too lamented 1966 Beetle broke the #3 exhaust valve once. There were bits of metal all over the place. I did a full rebuild and can't imagine not doing so. I think you're looking at a lot of work, an already rebuilt long block or a used motor. Don't take shortcuts. |
