I don't see why this should be an expensive repair. It sounds like your supply line from the pump to the motor is leaking. You just need a length of hose and two clamps on the ends to replace the hose that is leaking. I would advise you to try to get someone to come to your house and do it or get the van towed to the garage. I am serious, DO NOT DRIVE THE VAN IN THIS CONDITION!!!
