I may have screwed up, as it comes with a 200mm flywheel, vanagon is 228. My last post was a plead for info regarding flywheel outer diameters. Namley, does the 200mm flywheel have a smaller ring gear than the 228????? does the engine >compartment or acess lid have to be modified?? I guess some of my posts aren't getting through. I said a couple times that the lid does have to be cut. As to how much room you give up, I dunno, not that far along. |
