Yeah, there are several of these substitues available.  The requirements are
simple (and LAW with hefty fines):

1) Evacuate current system with approved recovery equipment/container.
2) Change the charging valves AND placard the firewall to prevent inadvertant
introduction of the old R-12.  The valve itself serves no other function.

The charging process is somewhat different, in that it must go in to the
system as liquid.  This because these are all blends and the boiling points
are different and the proper mix *must* be maintained.

The last problem are the hoses.  The blends *require* "barrier type hose"
not the older/cheaper "nitrile" hose.  The Europeans typically used the
later ..  :-(
