I am trying to upgrade my radio in my van. I have a choice of two models ,
one X034 300 EM AM/FM cassette,
the other is a VW Design model VW SC 88C. The Design radio had a code
number included with the radio
that doesn't seem to work. The other radio has the "official" radio
security code number card.


My problem is when I try to install the X034 model I get no display on the
screen. Does anyone have any literature on this model that has installation
instructions. It is my understanding that if you put the
wrong code in 3 times your screwed.


Any suggestions on how I can obtain the correct code?
