I don't see why this should be an expensive repair. It sounds like your supply line from the pump to the motor is leaking. You just need a length of hose and two clamps on the ends to replace the hose that is leaking. I would advise you to try to get someone to come to your house and do it or get the van towed to the garage. I am serious, DO NOT DRIVE THE VAN IN THIS CONDITION!!! Engine fire is imminent and not only could you lose the van but your life as well. Not worth taking the chance. Ken Wilford John 3:16
