Mark, we initially decided to do the survey as you suggested.  I will
volunteer to be the recepient of the returned surveys.  One final draft
of the survey will be posted today or tomorrow for any final feed back.
The final survey from will be posted for completion by EVERYBODY (i
hope!) by the end of the week.  I will keep it simple, but for all the
trouble of doing it right, we should try to answer all pertinent
questions.    Once I receive all the responses, I will solicit help in
processing them.
