Hi,

My name is Tyrone L. Greene and last night I was on the net when I came upon a most interesting web site about VW Vanagons. How does one get signed-up with the members of this web site as I feel that I may have a little to contribute as well as a lot of questions?

My wife and I own three Vanagons (a 1981-L, a 1985 Wasserboxer, and a 1987 Syncro-GL) and a 1987 VW Fox-GL waggon.

What caught my attention was "Haynes Manual - Group Purchase" letter. Is this "Haynes Manual" the same as the one that has been on the market for Air Cooled Vanagons or is it an up-dated edition that covers the water pumpers? If it is the latter, sign me up! I've always liked the Haynes Manuals, even more than Bently's.

Thanks and please respond. -Tyrone
