Subject: Wiper Fluid Nozzle Access/Removal

Lately, my passenger side wiper fluid nozzle isn't delivering the goods. The drivers' side is sending out a good spray, but nothing out of the other side. The hose may have come loose and the fluid is going somewhere it shouldn't, however I haven't seen any evidence of this.

My question is...

How do I get to the backside of the spray nozzle? I pulled the front grill and then the screen for the vent intake but this didn't reveal anything. Then went to the manual and all it showed was a diagram of the reservoir, hoses, and misc. connectors but didn't explain how to get to the nozzles. Do you have to go from inside the van, behind the dash? It seems like it is above the radiator, but I'd have to pull it maybe to get at it and that seems like too much work.
