I can never understand why we keep trying to install this 009 distributor in our late bays and early vans with fi. It just won't get enough advance to run properly. The standard distributors end up with total advance of 40 plus degrees. The 009 will end up with about 30 degrees total advance, poor mpg, flat spots, low power, etc. etc. etc. ...............
