I purchased a small air cond. unit at an auction and I plan on straping it down to my luggage rack on my '74. I will make a boot out of foil insulation to attach to the window opening in my poptop. The unit is small enough to fit in my front window, but I like the idea of leaving it permanently on the roof rack.
