A couple of years ago, this subject was discussed and researched thoroughly by members of the Alzheimer (AD) list.

Like the type2 list, the AD list involved caregivers and professionals, and it was determined then that the postings to the list were the property of the respective originators.

There were a few professionals and laymen on the AD list who wrote articles and books on the subject, and I have personal knowledge that the writers requested permission to use quoted messages in their works. The decision to grant permission belongs soley to the originators.

From the facts presented here, Bob Hoover is exercising his right of ownership of material posted to the list.

I hope that the matter is resolved in such a way that the Sermons will remain available to us VW caregivers.
