Well,

It appears to me that the anal retentive have won and managed to kill an excellent idea with vailed threats of what some petty minds "may" do to us and our list. It appears that Ron and his company are at real risk here. This list and my westy are my main escapes from the daily bureaucratic B.S. of the work place. It is indeed a shame that I, (we) can't even escape it in hyper space.

Are there any volunteers out there who can put together detailed instructions on how to pull the data from the archives, organize it and get it burned onto a CD?

I suppose there may be some legal risk even to those of you who would do this as it is likely the F.B.I. is monitoring our list to see what some of us old hippies from the 60's are doing. God knows the F.B.I. will probably monitor us before Volkswagen of America does.

Bob
