I've got a CD burner, and I too, if I can find an easy way to download the archive, would at least make myself a copy. Even easier would be to make a zip disk copy.

As far as the law, I know of at least 2 lawyers on the list, and even if they aren't experts on copyright, they could be in a position to get some advice from a fellow lawyer that knows the subject.

Any lawyers want to step forward and address this issue?
