No train at all.  I for one have a perverse sense of humor about the
predicament I find myself in, tending to freak out some people.  I won't
hold anyone else to a different standard  :-)  Obviously I don't mind
people knowing about it.

Of course the fact that I happen to be doing very well right now makes that
a bit easier :-)
