Derek,

Afraid your commentary regarding Joel isn't accurate.  He's always one
of the first to respond to any request I have ever posted to the list.
However, it is almost always a direct response back to me, not back to
the list.  Whereupon, I can nag him for more clarification.  During list
outages, I asked him directly for help when my van was down-and-out and
he was quick to respond.
