Will these fit all years?

I thought of putting one on my '85 until I took off the old grill to discover that... (suspense)... on the left side there is a large metal (factory) conduit or air-channel or something that is right in the way of where the inner light would mount. It didn't bolt on either!

I still want a grill, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to install. Also, would the inner light fixtures (mounts) come in the kit? Where would you get them?
