Volks,
I have dealt with Kyle and find him to be professional, courteous and
gives excellent customer service. I will suggest that all of us
Vanagoneers think twice about possibly flippant derogatory remarks
toward the parts suppliers on this List. Remember, our Vanagons are
aging and a few going to the squeezer each week. It will become
increasingly difficult for a business man to make money servicing our
Vanagon fleet as the fleet begins to rapidly dwindle.
If they don't make any money, they won't supply our parts.
If we don't have any parts..........
We should and will keep our vendors on the List honest should a dispute
occur. Just let's think twice about offending these fellow Vanagonians,
particularly without cause or substance behind allegations.
I trust Kyle as being honest from my dealings with him.
