If you want some decent HI beams then get a set of air craft landing lights like I got. They are made by GE and they are 150W and something like 380,000 candle power each. So far there isn't a stretch of road long enough that I can't light. (2x 150W AC lights, 2x 130W H3s, 2x 80/100W H4s). Low beams are just 2x 80W and no one brights me because of the excellent pattern from the H4s. The highest I have seen is 110/150W H4s these are also made by GE and are something like C$25 ea. I can get some for you if you like. -- David Marshall, Quesnel BC, david@volkswagen.org -- -- 78 1.8L VW Rabbit, 80 2.0L VW Caddy, 87 Audi 5KQ -- -- 85 1.8L VW Cabrio, 88 1.6L VW Syncro Double Cab -- -- Volkswagen Homepage http://www.volkswagen.org -- -- USE DAVID@VOLKSWAGEN.ORG WHEN SENDIGN EMAIL -- |
