I forgot to ad that it is not litigation, but protective and punitive import tarriffs and other regulations enacted to protect us car manufacturers from honest competition that is responsible for most of restrictions on what we can buy here as far as automobiles go. These are the same us car companies that don't want you to be able to sue them for selling dangerous or defective junk. steve
