There is something quite romantic about just pulling over next to the ocean, or a water falls, or an orange grove, and sleeping. Maybe it's all the Woody Guthrie literature I've been reading. Or maybe Steinbecks Travels with Charley.

But I do believe that is what has interested me in a VW Van in the first place. They are set up to do just that. It's not like these big intrusive motor homes that people drive. They are just a car. Has anyone seen the movie, "An American Quilt"? It has this old Micro Bus at the end where this couple curls up into and goes to sleep...Er, uh, I think they were sleeping, maybe not....:)
