If you want some decent HI beams then get a set of air craft landing lights like I got. They are made by GE and they are 150W and something like 380,000 candle power each. So far there isn't a stretch of road long enough that I can't light. (2x 150W AC lights, 2x 130W H3s, 2x 80/100W H4s). Low beams are just 2x 80W and no one brights me because of the excellent pattern from the H4s.

The highest I have seen is 110/150W H4s these are also made by GE and are something like C$25 ea. I can get some for you if you like.
