I'm a little late on this post. Been real busy at work : (

I'm pretty sure the reason you don't see VW Westy Eurovan Campers (full blown campers) is because of U.S. import tariffs on "campers". Weekenders probably slip past the legislation on "campers". Ditto on trucks. TARIFFS

Contact your rep in congress!

Another reason VW and other German manufactures don't import all their products into the U.S. is because this is the most litigious society on earth and it scares them to death. Remember what happened to the Audi in U.S. courts and on 60 minutes!

I may be wrong on these things but that's the story I've got from "my" insiders at VW!
