Helmut, you have to get a CIS pressure gauge. You are driving blind without one. The CIS injectors open at ~30 psi. Without a gauge you don't know if your'e getting that much. The fuel pump is most likely the problem, even if you can hear it, even if it make tons of volume, if no pressure, then no flow. Get a gauge and check your pressures. All tests outlined nicely in Haynes and Bently.
