I'd definitally look at your cv's, they should all be checked on occasion anyways just for tears and what not. Perhaps your wont do this but when my outter cv joint blew I was going slow but it still ripped the whell to the right and threw me into and up over a curban...I hate to think of what could have happend had I been going more than 10mph..its not a fun experience! Hope thats not your problem but check it anyways just to make sure your boots aren't ripped.
