Did you check your shifter? Push a little on the shifter and it will get rid of the noise. Now if that gets rid of the noise then you can check the archives for the response on the grommets in the linkage wearing and that in turn makeing the shifter hit the plate that covers the shifter.....guess you can lube it up if you take the box off. Also check your ujoints...if they're vibrating they wil send a shimmer to the shifter and other parts of the van creating annoying noises. Hope that helps.
