The prices for the grille sound unbelievably cheap, makes me wonder.

I saw quad grilles while in Berlin in '95 and was intrigued. I asked Helmut about them but he said he had never seen them.

The one's I saw look like the late A2 GTI and Cabrio grilles with smaller 5" driving lights inboard of the 7" hi/lo lights. They definately look great, but I have yet to see any source for them.

Interestingly, I'll be going to SA in late May-early June so I might be able to research this in person (and hopefully bring back one or two....get yer orders in! ;) )

But that same summer I was in Berlin, I saw that the police had different lights in their Vanagons. Some of them were equipped with 2 light grilles with 9" round lights. Now that is also something that can make a difference with night vision. IF anyone else knows anything about these lights, please let me know.

James
