This is what all the hubbub is about?  <shrug>  I like my foglights
lower.  If I remember correctly, the strategy of fog lights is to
undershine the fog, not shine lights directly at it and having it
bounce right back (kinda like driving with high beams in a snow
squall...makes it worse).
