I've recently merged two ailing syncros into one, and have a ton of
leftover parts, as well as parts from other vanagon projects:

Final drive from 80 vanagon automatic-  $50
Round headlights and upper grille from 85 w/harnesses- $35

All below from 86 syncro-
Upper grille- $60
Lower grille- $20
Master cylinder- $40
Radiator fan- $70
Radiator-       $40
Expansion tank-$10
Main coolant tank-$15
Alternator      -$40
Calipers- $40 ea.
Brake Booster- $75
L&R doors, hatch- $40
Sliding door-$50
hatch w/rear wiper/washer complete- $175
Front wiper motor- $60
km/hr. speedometer-  $30
Plastic engine cover- $20
Power steering rack- $125
Weekender interior, couple of small discolored spots but generally
nice $150
Complete syncro shift linkage- $75

Many misc. and small parts available also, glass, brackets, etc.  No syncro
drive train parts yet, but will probably offer some later.
