See the Bentley manual for instructions.  Basically, you need to drill a
hole in a specific place on the housing for the ignition lock.  If you have
the new lock you could probably figure out where to drill the hole by
looking for the tab that locks the cylinder into the housing.  It looks like
a little flat spring.  Anyway, the general idea is to drill a small hole in
the correct place in the housing then use a punch or something to push in
the hole to release the spring that is holding the lock in the housing.
Also, be sure that the key is in the lock and it is unlocked (in the run
position).  Oh, disconnect the battery before doing any of this.
