Dwight,

The horn is located under the front of the vehicle, passenger side. Two electrical leads attach.

More often than not, the problem is not the horn itself, but a corroded ground connection inside the vehicle.

The culprit ground connection is located at the bottom of the steering column (you will need to remove the steering column cover, first). This ground connection is prone to corrode due to it's proximity to the floor, and water that comes in on your shoes.
